A woman who is that height or shorter would most likely feel more comfortable, but if she’s 5’7+ then she may not feel comfortable dating a shorter guy. As for looks, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, which means that not every woman will find you ugly.

I’m 5 feet tall so the height wouldn’t be an issue. My current boyfriend is bald (not by choice); looks older than me (even though he is a couple of months younger than me). I think he is handsome, but in reality I’m sure most women think he is at best average looking.


I don’t think the looks or height would be an issue or that they’re as important as how the man treats a woman. I’ve dated cute and extremely handsome guys and there was just no chemistry other than the physical attraction, so it’s very hard to base things on just looks.

The whole handsome thing is not objective. That is going to be on the view of the person. I don't have an issue with height. Brown hair is fine. I have brown hair.

The issue for me right now is that I am not interested in dating right now. I just prioritize other things. Once those are accompanied then I am certainly open to it.

I wouldn't have a problem with it as long as they didn't have a problem with me being 5'10.

And as for those who said women never date short guys, first of all, grow up. (Pun not intended). Second, my brother is a living example of it happening, as are many other shorter guys out there experiencing it.

If you are short and not finding dates, then work on your personality, because that goes a much longer way in attraction than height does.
