Guys would you date a girl who is tall like 6 feet 2 inches?

Question

I have a female friend who is subconscious about her height because she thinks men would not want to date a girl who is 6 feet 2 inches tall.

She's good, they don't care. If anything, some are afraid they will look less manly by comparison and be looked down on by others. The flip side of that is that tall women are seen as unicorns, more successful, more powerful, better genes, are compared to supermodels, and any shorter guy who gets one has an automatic status symbol. They got something a taller guy didn't.

They don't find tall women less attractive at all though. My daughter is 5'10" and I've been 5'9". We've both dated shorter men. The consensus with nearly every short guy we've met is that they think we will reject them or leave them. It's never the opposite way.

Only one guy has ever rejected me for being taller, and it was because as he said, "What would people think seeing an ugly dwarf like me next to a tall, hot, model looking girl like you?" We still hung out in private. He married the shortest, ugliest woman he could find and was trying to hang out with me and waiting outside of classes for me within a year. Awkwaaard.

I would imagine there are very insecure men who want a smaller woman to control and beat as well. We get to miss out on that!

A lot of guys like tall girls, not all, but some will really really really value that cause it makes her stand out. The girl needs to start looking at who likes her and not worrying about who doesn't. A beautiful girl will get treated like she is ugly if she acts like she believes she is ugly. An ugly girl will get treated like she is beautiful if she acts like she is beautiful, but she has to focus on her good qualities and not imagine something that doesn't exist like a waist 8 inches smaller than what she has or an arm 20 years younger than her age or a fake brand name bag.

i might but only because she would be easy to bend to my will since she is already insecure in short an easy prey and is kind of desperate call me a jerk but if life taught me anything, it's always look for an opening, a weak spot, anything to feed off on and use it against people whether they are an ally or enemy, if you want to have things your way there is something called necessary evil and i'm not ashamed to own my evil deeds or ideas, as long as they are efficient and not too messy they are good to go.

She'd be slightly taller than me at that height, so it would work.
I prefer someone smaller than me but ultimately its not that important to me, if she's my type she's my type. I care more about her being somewhat similar in height to where neither of us has to really bend down.

Yes if she is beautiful to my eyes and treats me well absolutely, as long as she doesn’t mind being with a guy 2 inches shorter than her lol , I had a huge crush on a girl that was an inch taller than me , and she wouldn't give me a chance , because I was shorter than her , so it just comes down to her preferences on what she likes Her height didn’t matter to me , that’s not what I was after lol

But although some find it a dealbreaker, there are guys out there who don't mind the height or even prefer it. And besides height alone doesn't carry a good relationship. If she's a good person, a kind person, she is going to attract people for sure.

I’m 6 foot, 1 inch tall and I find tall women attractive. Normally, I tower over most people I interact with and my family where I have to tilt my head and look down at them. I think it’s nice to have a female companion that you can look right in the eye at the same level.
