Sorry we’ve been seeing each other 3 weeks… no sex involved… but we did had an argument and trying to see if we can repair what we had… I noticed the emotional distance even tho we agreed to it and discuss what we need to work on for each others needs… and I told him I still want him but I don't know if he still want me bc if he does, I want him to show me… but that’s his response is that he is confuse… he wants me, but he don’t think he can give me what I want/need

Look a relationship has to go both ways sometimes someone’s genuinely warning you. Other times they don’t want to be in the relationship but want to let someone down easy. Balls in his court make it known you’re interested but you aren’t going to force it.
