I have crush on a guy who was ingoring me all the time and after a year I see him he and his friends start give me some attentions and they also make me jealous and they are so silly with me and some of this signs appear they like me! but then I start ingoring him and his friends and Now I see this guy he wants me so bad!

I think that type of behavior would likely deter me from approaching him, no matter how good looking he is. If he sat on his duff and did nothing to approach you until you started talking to his friends, seems kind of stalkerish/icky. The whole, I like you so long as you are available to me when I want you scenario or when someone else shows interest, is a bit of a red flag. It's like he has no original thoughts of his own and relies on his friends to lead the way.
