Is it ok if an autistic person dates a typical person?

Healthy relationships are built on mutual respect and understanding, and neurotype doesn't dictate whether two people can care for and support each other.

Yes. Hooking up is different than dating. Much less risk of being taken advantage in a loving monogamous relationship.
