Only if they got the right supports in social skills and coping (therapy, medication if necessary, etc).. My brother and I had that support from a very young age, so we cope and act just fine but with struggles at times, of course.
I think my ex boyfriend was autistic but because he had no support, he was an asshole to me and had no concept of personal boundaries. He was constantly harassing me for sexual favours which pissed me off, and constantly making sexual remarks about how I look.
I know that isn’t inherently an autism thing but it stemmed from his lack is self control, awareness and social skills. He became borderline emotionally abusive so I dumped him.
Depending on the range. Yes. I'm on the spectrum but lower end
I probably could if I was on her level & there was chemistry. My favorite place is the home & improving / making it into an oasis for the ones I love, inside the home & also the garden. I've been cultivating some rare trees & some honeysuckle to attract hummingbirds. I also feed the blue jays / cardinals every morning & I think she'd go nuts seeing wild birds come to take a peanut out of her hand once I got them used to her. I think she would probably appreciate something like that much more than a normal gal.
Yeah, but it depends on how it affected them.
I've had issues with mental health in the last few years and the doctor asked if I may have autism and I were like 'no'.
Whilst I'm yet to get any kind of diagnosis, I did my research and filled in some form and realized that some traits do apply to me quite strongly, so I probably do, lol.

It depends on how so. I don't say this to be hurtful or mean but I cannot get along well with any autistic person who don't understand sarcasm, repeats the same thing over and over etc.
Such mannerisms would annoy me, and already do so with a kid at my collage I am still polite to him because yeah I wouldn't choose my next girlfriend to be like him.
Of course not all are like that so it depends on how so.
Well yeah, I'm autistic myself and it would be hypocritical if I wouldn't.
One "girl" is a bully who should have "her" Internet taken away.
It depends on if there high functioning then yeah I can and would date an autistic person. Otherwise no
I mean, as long as they are able to function on their own, I don’t mind.
I think I might actually prefer autistic women tbh.
I'm unsure if I could or not.
aren't most people autistic
Actually, no. Most people are neurotypical, which is why typical is in the word neurotypical.
Are you autistic, you mean?
Definitely, I am one.
