Do guys text their guy friends?

Every time I see guys texting somehow I always assume its a girl/their girlfriend since I am not so used to seeing guys texting... so do guys text their guy friends regularly? or just girls?

Well, I was just gonna assume that there were some good answers already and that I wouldn't need to write anything. But that's not the case. So...

Yeah, I text my guy friends a lot, or my cousins. Or my parents, or my other family. I do text girls fairly often, but it isn't enough that you should assume that's what I'm doing.

Actually... guys texting guy friends is considered "gay" and has never been tolerated in the heterosexual male community. Such actions are grounds for serious disciplinary action ranging from man-card confiscation to castration for repeat offenders. Male to female texting only!
