How tall are you?

I asked him out (for a few weeks from now) and he said yes, and he gave me his mobile number (I didn't ask for it). We've been texting since then, from 5 mins - 2 hrs conversations, but I always send the first text message in any conversation we have. He is happy to answer almost any question that I ask, including personal questions. And sometimes he apologises for not texting me first, but he never does text me first. I'm not sure if he is just being shy, or if he is unsure how to start a conversation - he is like that in person, but I thought he might be different over text message. Sometimes he sees a message then takes hours to reply - but he will apologise when he does so and explain that he was busy. Anyway, at the moment it feels like I'm doing all the chasing and I want to know: how can I tell if he is actually interested in me?

Extra info:
He has only had one girlfriend before, and he was with her for 3 years.
He has been single for the last 2 years and I have known him for about a year now.
I know that he is only interested in dating for marriage and that he doesn't do casual dating.

Do you call them by their first names? Mr/Mrs (last name) or do you call them mom and dad?

The reason I ask is because my brother has been dating this girl for a year and maybe a little over 6 months in she started calling my mom "mama" and sometimes "mommy" and it just bugs me. I feel like that's only appropriate when they're married. I don't know. What do you guys think?

So to make this story short met this guy we both knew we felt the same way. Went on our second date he ask me where I wanted this relationship to go. Since I did not want to rush things I said I would like to start as friends so we could get to know Eachother better. Now we don't talk at all. I know I should have not said friends I regret that do you guys think he could have feelings for me again? I really want a fresh start.

So, this guy and I recently started dating and the chemistry is great. Do you think he'd mind if I called him daddy? How do I ask him about this? How do you guys feel about a girl calling you daddy like in bed or in sexual situations. I don't plan on calling him that in any regular situation, just mostly sensual ones. Help

im not ugly or weird or anything, just kinda, normal i guess, pretty even. but I've never dated anyone, guys just don't talk to me, or seem interested. maybe the guys at my high school just aren't a good fit anyway. my question is, will college guys find it unattractive that i haven't dated anyone before? or think I'm weird? i feel like people would be less stupid in college because they're less full of themselves and don't think they are as big shots as they did in high school. idk, am i weird?

Okay, so I am a senior in high school and i recently turned 18. Even though age doesn't make a difference in this case, I think my soccer coach likes me. Some may find it weird and others will find it normal. He flirts with me all of the time, like today we were walking back to our cars from the field and he was hitting me with his sweater in a cute kind of way. I actually like him a lot and he told me to come back next year and become assistant coach. He also said that we are going to have our wedding on our biggest rivals field<3

Everyone knows personality matters in dating. But as far as just looking for a girl, set aside the fact about personality for a minute. What do guys look for more? A pretty face or a hot/nice body?

Was it because he/she cheated on you?
Was it because of long distance?

So, there's this guy at uni who I really like. He is very smart, quiet and funny. He doesn't have many friends, he's always reading a book when I see him. He's sort of shy, so I made an effort to talk to him and we seem to have a lot in common including the same sense of humour. He's more outgoing when you get to know him.
Anyway, on Thursday I asked him out on a date, he was looking down when I asked him, and he said:
Him: "I don't think that's a good idea."
Me: "What are you too good for me? [jokingly]"
He then looked me directly in the eyes
Him: "The opposite. You don't want to be with me. You're happy, optimistic and exuberant. I am... not. Trust me, you don't wan't to be with me.
Then he put money on the table to pay for our coffee's and said "I'll talk to you tomorrow."

I mean, what do I do? How do I get him to go out with me?

I always wear a one suit on my swimming practice so now I have a circle shaped tan on my back and an X on my shoulders. Is it unattractive or a turn off? It's not overly visible but it is noticeable. Thanks for your answers!

I'm a 13 year old girl going into 8th grade and I have a crush on this guy who is 15 and going into grade 10. We hang out normally 1-3 times a week and text each other a lot. He is super funny and treats me so well. We have so many things in common too. I really REALLY like him! I'm just worried about the age difference. I feel like telling him that I like him but I'm worried because since he's 2 years older he'll think its weird. Do you think that is a large difference? Do you think it's ok for a 13 year old to date a 15 year old, or should we just stay friends? And if you think we should just stay friends how do I get over him? I've tried already but every time I see him my heart goes a million miles per second and I feel butterflies in my stomach. I don't know what to do. Thanks for your help.

I have been talking to this guy on pof dating site last time i did was 2 weeks ago. I haven't seen him online for awhile now and usually he would come online :(. I can still see his profile, pics and sent msgs to him. I heard if you dont see sent msgs to him your blocked. So not sure. I hope not. Im not even annoying. i give people their space.
