Let’s say your schedule is packed and the only time you are free to talk is after work. would you feel weird if someone showed up to talk to you where you work after hours? Would you be uncomfortable going to see someone where they work after hours?

Meeting at a mid point can he prefers bid but requires or just rating. Meeting after work makes it very low pressure in my opinion tho may feel funny if your coworkers dk the person or theirs to you bc people make issues out of nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, not responding directly can be a game but there are lots of reasons why someone may not be sleeping or cal comfortable answering directly first thing. I can’t not take rust into consideration so even if I’m getting weird impression I don’t follow instinct immediately.

It is kind of tedious bc obviously disingenuous people will waste my good will but i prefer to be patient with the well meaning, rather than swift with the Ill intentioned.

I think I tend to give about 3 chances overall. After that I figure it’s a game or they just don’t want to answer and I should leave them be.

Lol now, obviously if someone said I don’t want to answer or walked away I’d never repeat the question— I’m talking about grey areas where they respond but don’t answer or ask a question to a question or are unnecessarily confusing etc
