It's nice to know that someone values your opinion on matters, unless they hardly know you then it's kind of weird indeed.

Personally, I believe the best advice for dating and relationships is to remind them of what they truly want to do to make things work and also be able to speak up.

I like to help others with advice.

I'm fine with it as long as they don't make it a habit.

I like to help, for sure. However, you can only give and do so much. I make sure I lay down the basics: have communication, honesty, no selfishness, and more.
