Least favourite: Chemistry, Biology and Urdu
What was your most and least favourite subject at school and why?
Least favourite: Chemistry, Biology and Urdu
Favourite: maths
I'm doing a university degree about maths so I should like it.
Least favourite English
Note: English in England is more literature, I'm a native English speaker and have no issues speaking or writing.
The issue I do have is that training young people to assume things is toxic.
"The door is red"
Teacher: you can see the author is angry as red is a colour of anger.
Author: no the door is just red, stop putting words in my mouth.

Favourite: Maths, Physics, Islamiat
Not Favourite at all: Chemistry, Pakistan Studies, Urdu
We're on the same boat!
Yes... and yet our thought patterns differ... Im looking forward to speak with you on certain philosophical and theological topics if u won't mind...
Sure! But I might not be as knowledgable as you obviously. I am just 18 and still trying to figure out my life π
We can speak about that too... π
And remember, age is just a number
Yes but I always consider it. I have little experience. Cause of age.
Age is just a number. Wisdom and knowledge is from the Sustenance of The Most High. You will get it no matter where, how and when u r living?
No matter what the situation
You only need to realize and then seize the opportunity
Yeah I agree but I am still too immature. I might just say things which won't even make sense xD But at times, I will
doesn't matter. Thats how we learn...
True!
But i understand. You have trust issues... π
Trust issues?
You just dont wanna speak cuz u have trust issues thats why u r hiding behind the statements u made above... lol
But no worries
Its ok...

I am sorry I don't get you there.
What exactly trust issues?
Haha nevermind!
Thank you for the MHO!

My favourites (basically courses I got A+ for):
- Linear Algebra (love the professor, eccentric Russian bro)
- Abstract Algebra (easy and beautiful, wish more girls are like this)
- Advanced Matrix Computations (cute TA)
- Topology + Analysis (it's actually a series of courses, kinda like coming of age hazing for math students, this is where some students switch major 😂)
- Structure and interpretation of computer programs (A feel good course after taking the above course, where math students descend from mount Olympus after their basic training to study with EECS plebs)
- Data Structures (same as above)
- Signals and Systems (same as above)
- Introduction to Digital Electronics (same as above)
- Introduction to Machine Learning (lol same as above, gotta love these classes with hundred of students, the bell curve makes it easy to get A+ 😂)
- Statistical Learning Theory (nice brofessor, actually read and reply to long emails)
- Undergrad seminar in Mathematical Problem Solving (met cute exchange student)
- General Theory of Algebraic Structures (probably the best topic ever)
- Mathematical Methods in Classical and Quantum Mechanics (second best topic)
- Ordinary Differential Equations (is actually not so ordinary, ended with chaos theory)
Least favourites:
- Wavelets and Signal Processing (lazy professor, makes things more complicated than they should be, he actually likes messy things because it's "realistic", I got A-)
- Computer Vision (Same professor as above, B+)
- Advanced mathematical programming (good topics, professor doesn't like teaching, B)
- Asymptotic Analysis (I got A for this but it's a badly taught course nonetheless: easy class materials, extremely difficult exam)
- Measure Theory (good topics, bad professor, he spent a lot of time giving lengthy proofs of theorems on board, but doesn't really have any insight, B 😂)
Woah ππππ
You could have simply named the high school subjects.
Why going too far?
I haven't taken any high school subject and I can't remember the subjects in secondary school π€ that was too long ago
Science was my favorite because science always interests me.
Spanish was my least favorite because their method of teaching via translation and repetition does not work for me.
I learned more Spanish working in a kitchen with a mexican family than than those classes ever taught me.
Elaborate Science!
Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computers?
Life science mainly.
My favorite subject is usually science, and I especially like chemistry and psychology because itβs just fascinating to me how little, tiny atoms make up these funky chemicals that are entirely responsible for our subconscious bodily processes and behaviors.
My least favorite subject is probably French, which I took three years of. I never had much interest in learning a second language and although I was at the top of my class I donβt feel I retained much useful information from studying it. I pretty much only took it because itβs required to have so many years of a foreign language to graduate high school and get into a decent college.
My favourite was probably Social Studies or literature. I'd have loved history but it wasn't a subject taught in school. I hated Mathematics with a passion. The fact that there was only one correct answer, and only one correct way to get that answer irritated me to no end. I hated Maths even more because of how teachers would show us the way to solve a problem, and then give a test or quiz with a much more complicated problem that they didn't teach you how to solve first, assuming that since they showed you how to do the simple one, you should know how to do this strange, crazy, complicated one.
My absolute least favorite is and will always be chemistry. I hate it with a fiery passion. As of now I really donβt have a favorite. It used to be math but then I got into this really high pressure math program that resulted in me losing all enjoyment I previously had for math.
The best was computer class 😂 was such a joke hahah did nothing but balls around
Worst was English class. Omg so boring. Having to read out loud. Reading a whole book with our class was brutally boring
Im talking about highschool by the way. Age 13-17
Most favorite..
Science - phy Chem bio
Mathematics- loved English and Hindi..
Social science was good except I hated HISTORY.. Okay with Civics and LOVED GEOGRAPHY..
But I was really bad with grades with bad memory however my IQ and problem solving skills were Good...
My memory still sucks..
But hey..
You don't need a memory when the world has so many Search engines and internet and smartphones..
What you need is problem solving skills..
My favorite was German, Art, Geography and History in highschool. I liked English, Science, H. E, Music, I. C. T and P. E ok and hated maths, drama, R. E and Life and Work (I sucked at them 😂)
Whats Life and Work?
Aw I can't mind. I went to school in Northern Ireland π
Favourite - Chemistry - I had a good teacher and I got A's
Least - Math - I had an awful teacher that made me belive I suck at math but now in university I am amazing in it
We're the opposite! I had the worst chemistry teacher at school and hence I sucked at it so bad.
Honestly it depended a lot on the teacher and because of that even though I changed schools a lot I have ever had only one class I truly looked forward to, history in grade 10 and 11. Ironically my least favourite class was history in grade 12, then I enjoyed biology a lot though. Math was my favourite in grade 9 because me and my best friend were sitting together and were good at it so we kinda had fun there.
Most Favourite subjects: English, Physics, Geography
Least Favourite subjects: Geometry, Literature
Wow Physics π€©
I love Physics too
Maths and history the fav
Poetry, literature the least
My character just doesn't fit with poetry or literature. Had a hard time.
Favourite: Maths, Accountancy
Least: Science, History, painting
People who like Maths automatically tend to like Physics too. Why didn't you like it?
And you have also done science
My most favorite school subjects was Reading, English, Language Arts, and History. My least favorite school subjects was Math, Chemistry, Computers, PE, Biology, Sociology, and Creative Writing. Well, technically not Math. But, rather Algebra, Geometry, and Trinometry.
Maths was my least favorite. I'm way too stupid to really succeed at it.
History was the one I liked, and still like today, the most. I've always loved history, but not the "big history" with famous people and events. The common people history, how and where they lived.
Favorite was US History and Sociology , I was A's all the way , maybe best in my class.
Least was Geometry and Computer Science , D's , I had a useless teacher for computer class. I figure it was forced on him.
Most favorite was Youth n Law cause it was easy course to pass
Least favorite was Psychology cause i could never get the course
Favourite. Science
Least Favourite. Religious Studies.
Pe/games as I had to get changed in the changing rooms with all the douche bags who would make fun of me... and I was quite fat so I found it all very difficult
Most favorite: Mathematics
Least favorite: English
