My coworker keeps reporting my mistakes to my manager?

I started a new position and my supervisor called a meeting with me to discuss mistakes I’ve made that she found out about from my co-worker (who I'm working with). My co-worker has also sent out emails cc'ing our supervisor and head of our company outlining my mistakes. They are minor mistakes (using a semicolon) and I take full responsibility for them, but what should I say to my co-worker and supervisor?

Is she supposed to supervise you?
Is she telling you of the mistakes as you go?
A note to the supervisor and cc'ing that note to the head of the company means she has it in for you. If you can avoid working with her, do.
Ask your supervisor the procedure when new hires make a mistake, if the procedure your co-worker has adopted is sanctioned by the company and if so, why does the company believe it is best to develop workers. You're within your rights to ask.

I had a similar issue years ago. I told my co-worker to stay out of my professional affairs and my manager that if I am subject to this harassment by my co-worker again I am throwing him out our second story double pane window. My manager told him to mind his own business moving forward, and he did. Current times being what they are today, this approach may not be suitable for today. Yet, I remain the the son of a bitch no one bothers. So there is that.
