So im 23 and when I was 20 I got a job in a local financial insitution. It was a year maternity contract only so my year was up there. I moved onto my next job where I worked for 10 months. I now work in a bank. But it is a bad working environment and all my colleagues are leaving. Its not a nice place to work for anyone. I just got offered a new role closer to home and something not working with the public with more money. I would be mad not to take it But i feel bad that I have not worked in a job too long term. Is a year in one job and 10 months in the next look bad?
Superb Opinion
Covid has messed up a lot of people. If you hate working at the bank and the other job pays more you have to take it. In today's world employees do not owe and employer any loyalty. Employers have done this to themselves. Don't think if your employer has 2 bad quarters in a row you would not be laid off without a single thought.
