How much should you keep in your savings and checking?

I’m building my money back up after having my daughter and being out of work so I don’t have much right now. But I’m trying to do better with my finances.

Savings, at least 3 months worth of rent, bill, food and meds money. In checking, no more than 500 for emergencies.

I always invest some % of my earning and always try to reduce my expanses so I can save as well as invest some amount of money and I suggest you to invest you small amount of money it will help you definitely.🙂

Saving is a wonderful thing & for starters if you are able to save three to six months of expenses that is the way to go & that is also a good starter emergency fund as well.
