Is it okay to snore and sleep in class?

A few of my classmates snores so loud. While the other was watching movie and laughing while not studying. I am also asking the school administrator whether I can transfer to part time class for the next terms. I cannot keep it up with the disrespect on people while I keep studying for my project

It might have NOTHING to do with disrespect, but maybe a medical or psychological problem.

Thanks but that dude does not have medical condition or any problems. He is missing in class many times as a part time student

He was not boring. He was okay already. He keep asking question a lot.
