Yeah I remember our states "basic skills" scores were low in the reading dept. So I guess as punishment. For a while they made us read 15 minutes out of every class. I've never been a person that read much for enjoyment. And I was really tired one day. But it wasn't an option you had to read or at least go through the motions like you were reading. And the teacher kept admonishing me because I wasn't reading. But I tried and kept nodding off. So since they let us sit where we wanted to read ( just so long as we were still at a desk. I chose a seat far away from the teacher so I was less visible. I knew I couldn't lay my head down cause I'd get in trouble. So I propped both arms up on my desk kind of at right angles and slumped a bit in my chair. So the book covered view of my face and fell asleep. It was going good but apparently I started to snore. Because the next thing I knew the teacher was whacking my arm to wake me up and all the other students were laughing. Apparently I was snoring pretty loudly.

In high school I fell asleep in the front row on the first day of my last class. The room was warm & the teacher was going on & on about homework assignments & lights out for me. Next thing I knew the teacher tapped me on the shoulder I opened my eyes & looked up at him & I said can I go to guidance. I was never in his class again.

Maybe the question should be, "Have you ever been awake in class?" I would get sleepy all the time, and whenever I was awake I would argue with the teacher because they would so often get things wrong.

Well my hair is long and it was covering my face, so no drooling would've been visible. My sister saw it on Snapchat and only recognized it was me because of my clothes and backpack

I have certain clothes I wear to school and I never wear them out of school, and I have certain clothes I only wear outside of school


With sleeping, since I have weird stuff such as the clothes thing, I feel it is a terrible thing to do. Not terrible for it being bad for school but that it upsets me in my mind to imagine sleeping at school, the place I do not like.

while in training with Air Force, fell asleep in class, along with a bunch of others during a lesson on Inertial Navigation and proving the maths on how it all works.

That would be a challenge. Your eyes should automatically close when you are asleep. Did you use pins to prop them open to make it seem like you were listening, with an occasional head nod?
