Yes. I work as an escort. The client was concerned if I was OK, I just told him I was feeling a bit run down from studying at college. I told him he couple finish if he wanted to and that it was on the house. He did and i went back to sleep, he left the filled condom on the bed and bless him he paid anyway and let me sleep on. A lot of these older guys are such gentlemen, maybe because he has a daughter my age too. I woke up naked in the hotel room a few hours later, he'd covered me in a blanket. I took a lovely hot bath and relaxed for a few hours and had a cup of coffee before heading to my next appointment with a stock broker who's a complete asshole. He even text a big later to see of I was OK, I think he even cuddled with me for a bit. What is rarely mentioned about being an escort is that sometimes it's 2 or 3 minutes of intercourse and 40 minutes of cuddling.
Not me, but a manager friend of mine did. It was just after the covid vaccines were going around and he got the Johnson&Johnson shot so he would only have to get pricked once. He ended up completely exhausted, and it was a slow morning so we didn't say anything when he went to nap in the office just to try and recover from the aftermath of the shot, but the district manager saw him on the camera and gave him a lecture for it. He wasn't fired or anything, but he did get in a bit of trouble.
I almost did a few times on the night shift. No, I never got caught, but my co-worker ended up passing out and maintenance rolled up on him and snitched on him and they fired him. In his defense, he had been working the 10 PM to 8 AM shift, then they moved him to daytime, so his sleep pattern was probably out of whack. I thought it was a bit unfair, especially for a first offense. I think they should have given him a warning. There were people who did worst shit and didn't get fired.
Sort of... my job had me doing 72 hours straight with only 8 hours off (military overseas with a dickhead officer in charge)... I'd be so sleepy that I literally felt drunk. Doing stupid shit like walking into light poles. If I sat down to shit I could end up waking up to falling off the toilet and someone banging on the door for me to get back to work. Not fun... years of that shit.

I was a waitress at my aunt's restaurant for a while and I did not have time to fall asleep, lol. It was mostly busy. I don't work anymore and focus more on college.
I have fallen asleep in class when I was in high school. God, the first two classes (botany and physics were the worst), used to sleep with my eyes open lol.
Yes, one time. It was a long time ago, I had a heavy calculation process running on my computer and I nodded off…. My boss (one of the company owners peaks around my side and calls my name…. He kinda laughed and we went on about our day.
Shortly following that event he finally allowed me to purchase a second computer (I had been asking for one for a long time, but he didn’t understand why) to put on my desk (to use while the other one was processing the numbers).
I'm guilty of that but considering mostly years of perfect attendance, loyalty and dedication I was given the choice to take a break to get some coffee or use accrued personal time if i needed to go home and relax but there was no mention of anything in a disciplinary nature where it happens to the best of us as long as it doesn't become a pattern
Yes, at my former job. It started so early in the morning that it was kind of expected that you'd need to catch some zzz's in the middle of the day. It was just considered to be break time really.
Sometimes I’m tired at work but if I’m at the point where I’m going to fall asleep I pull a safety card , fill out my papers & go home with pay. I have 842 hours of sick time.
You remind me of sleeping beauty in your photo.
safety naps at the firehouse, happens all the time.
You might have just had a shit ton of calls and had your ass handed to you and you still have 20 hours to go on your 48-hour shift.
As long as the station duties are done it's fine.
Yes I have. In my career, sometimes we had to test in the middle of the night, and sometimes after a long day. It wasn't uncommon to take a short nap at 2am, for example.
I do it all the time.
There’s a little corner I’ve sent up in my office where I lock the door and mental turn myself off.
Nah I'm always way too busy for that at work. They'll try and squeeze every second they can to make sure I'm busy.
I have but in my defense it was only when working overtime. I have fell asleep about 2-3 times at work and one for very good reason. For working 35 hours over time with no rest. I eventually crashed for about an hour before I finished by shift.
Yes I did once or twice. Luckily I was the only one on the site. I also started dozing off behind the wheel when I was a truck driver. I was lucky I didn't get in an accident. I never got in trouble because nobody ever found out about it
Yeah, I have. Maybe you should stop doing friends with benefits, so you would stop falling asleep at your work. Don't you think that may be your problem. Is that you sneak out when you're not supposed to, only to then fall asleep the next day
When I was a Topless Dancer 💃 I couldn’t fall asleep and now I’m a House Maid and I’m too busy cleaning up her house and can’t fall asleep here either
Well once when I was 19 at a gas station where the 2nd shift guy called off and then the 3rd. I made it almost 27 hours straight before passing out. It was fucking awesome going that stretch, seeing how far I could go!
Yes I have , especially when I got stuck working a night shift , when your body is tired it’s tired
I mean yes, I lightly dozed this morning for like 10 minutes. But my client wasn’t awake yet
Used to sleep in my office. I would put my chair against the door so I would wake up if somebody csme by.
I did a few times when I was young and worked as an overnight security guard. Luckily I was the only person there and was never caught. 😴
No. But I did fall asleep during my commute. Twice. Almost missed my stop.
No, I've never fallen asleep at work, lol. I've fallen asleep in class before though.
... Of course... Then I wake up with my own snore.
Also very common during the month of fasting. It becomes impossible to stay alert after 3pm.
Once. I had developed sleep apnea and didn't realize it. I actually fell sleep standing up. It sucked to because I fell over breaking an ankle in the fall. How do you explain that one to your boss. 😆
No but then when you started a shift with a double espresso and knocked back energy drinks... it wasn't possible
My job we don’t use our phones or be still. It would be major safety issue if anyone was to fall asleep.
Yep feel asleep in the fuel truck. Thank god it was filling up not when I was actually out filling up equipment.
fuck yeah i did. mom with dementia kept me up all night, had like 2 hours sleep luckily no i did not get in trouble
Yep, once, but it was fine because it was a slow day and I finished most of my work in advance.
When driving in rush-hour traffic for a half a second dozing off a few days ago
Yes, I have. No, I'm the owner. Sometimes I'll nap on my office sofa.
No never I drove a transit bus sleeping is not an option.
I sure did, about an hour ago
Yes... Best way is to stand up.
I think maybe once and no
