Or are you referring to "tense" as in past tense, current tense, future tense?
I'll assume you mean the counting one.
First remember English has no male/female words so you use the same numbers for everything. It also uses the same counting system for dates and time as it does for counting apples.
I presume you already know the English counting system so why not find a random number generator and say the number in English.
