Should we fundamentally change how and for how long we work a week hours wise as a country or your particular country without affecting our incomes?

I don't believe we should live to work but work to live.

Cutting the work week hours to 27 to 32 a week with adjusting our salaries to maintain our lifestyles with better benefits.

We can spend more time with family, friends, traveling, working on our hobbies etc without being burn out with constant dull labor we don't like anyways just to get sick and die in the end if you are lucky to make it to a old age anyways.

Normally people work 8 hours a day, how much of those hours are they actually working but rather just passing time since their task has been completed.

Cashiers and some other jobs are working 8 hours day but hire more people and make them work 5 hours with increased pay to make a living will do us great because society will be happier and stress free.
