I went to college for the very first time at 48 years old. I loved it and got more out of it than if I had gone right out of high school. I now have a degree that I will never use but I did it to show my kids that you never top learning and you can always go back to school.114
I think it really depends on what a person wants to do. I know plenty of people who decided to just learn a trade or go to a tech college rather than attend a 4 year university and they've done alright for themselves.0

College is great for those who wish to polish their skills as a corporate personage. There are other forms of education, such as tech schools, that can give you a more hands-on approach to your vocation.0

The most expensive school is not always the best.
What you major in is more important than where you go.
For certain careers it is a prerequisite.
If you do not have a 4 year degree a lot of companies will not even consider you for employment.
Covid has messed up a lot of schools and a lot of programs. Look for a college that will not lockdown because of covid. Taking online courses on a laptop is not a very good way to learn.
