How can I force myself to go back to work?

my last day of work was Wednesday the 20th of this month as i had my wisdom teeth removed the next day

i don't fee like going back to work..

I had my wisdom teeth removed a couple of years ago. I went back to work the next day. I chose not to take painkillers in order to be allowed to work, so I don't get how after a week you're still having trouble going back. Just go to work.

i live with my mom she can't work i help her with the bills & rent
