Why aspies gaze are annoying?

I started to work for a New company. Anda employees made a complaint about my looks. Women claimed me for staring them.

It's not just people with Aspergers whose stares are annoying. Every stare is pretty annoying.

Can you avoid staring that them? Maybe set up something else non-offensive you can stare at?

It's worth being open about if you have some things you're struggling with, and working with your boss to find ways to manage it.

Keeping your job will take effort, but that's the case for everyone.

So why are they complaining? When you said staring, I expected that meant for a prolonged time in a meeting or other situation. You don't need to walk around looking at the floor.

look somewhere else.
don't fixate on issues, appearances or sounds.
