I'll give you two pieces.

1 - According to Catholic teaching, a priest is the ordinary minister of Baptism. One day, he finds a computer that has evidence of an impending terrorist attack. One thing leads to another and he ends up fighting the terrorists. The computer isn't mentioned again for the rest of the story. This computer then would be the Macguffin.

The storytelling info is interesting, it opens up my mind to movie scripts where most plot devices are used through out films but I don't think I ever saw one that didn't. I myself want to get into writing as well as graphic novels. This would be an interesting challenge for me.

During the era of musket battles, it was common place after a battle to find muskets that were loaded with two, three, sometimes four charges of shot, wadding and powder.
Humans have, or at least used to have, such an aversion to killing other humans that during the civil war many soldiers would either shoot above their enemies heads or not shoot at all. Instead they would pretend to shoot and reload again and again.
Often these men would take any oppurtunity to step off the front line to pull back casualties or fetch ammunition for their unit, so no lack of courage.
Much like rattlesnakes, who choose to wrap around eachother and wrestle over territory rather than bite a fellow rattlesnake. Its against human nature to kill eachother, even during wartime.
This no longer applies however, between violent media desensitizing us to violence and modern training, 95% of soldiers today will kill on their first engagement.
We have become substantially more deadly to eachother in the last 70 years. The modern kid maybe softer than their grandfather, but they are far more capable of extreme violence, but just as vulnerable to the mental effects of it.

Violence is definitely in our face more then past times, it's something I wish was covered but more vaguely for immature audiences.

Some say age restrictions should be raised in law. Instead of 18 it should be 23 to 26 instead. Due to how a lot of teenagers are no longer self efficient as they were in prior years.

I think the mindset is I have to kill to survive instead of I have to do this but don't want to kill unless necessary.

Generations have changed a lot through out the years and it seems like violence is very rewarded over resolution behaviors and being a good influence in general. Perhaps it's lacking in communication or morals, lacking in understanding and discipline.

I felt called to help girls in the same situation that I was in, and to be able to help them in the same way the therapists all helped me after such a traumatic experience. I'm an English teacher with a Masters in it, so I'll just say that American English is the proper and true form of English and that what the UK speaks right now, is a newer, more elite, far less accurate form of English called Received Pronunciation ("colour, favourite, metre, rubbish," etc) that developed in the late 19th century, which never made it to the US. Places like Australia, India, and parts of Canada only later shifted to the newer form of English after first using the original.

So if a Brit wrongfully tries to tell an American they're using English inaccurately, you can point out how ignorant they are.

I teach computer science but have recently done a few projects with A/V equipment. I have been looking into how these systems work so I will write about that.
Motion pictures work because humans display a phenomenon called Persistence of Vision. It is when an image that is seen remains on the retina after the light source has been discontinued. It usually lasts about 1/30th of a second. So in motion pictures, frames are shown at 32 frames per second. To the human eye it looks like there is actual motion.

While motion picture films a true form quick moving images close to similarities of how we view passing movement in the bright light of the sun.

Caesar was not assissinated in the sentate. He was assassinated in the Theatre of Pompey at the base of a Statue of Pompey.
This is interesting because Pompey was caesar's mentor, associate and friend. Yet they ended up fighting a civil war, Caesar won the battles, but Pompey was betrayed and beheaded, his head presented to Caesar as a gift by the egyptians. Meaning that in the end Caesar died in Pompey's shadow.

It makes me wonder if the theory that earth was hit by asteroids, in this case could it actually be that our earth is actually a star that is burning out slowly from it's cores and when hit by asteroids the inner core already had water that was not exposed until a meteor or asteroids hit our star we now call the planet earth.

If this is a possibility could this similar thing be happening to Mars and in order for the creation of ecosystems to develop the inner core of mars needs to be exposed.

Just a thought that crossed my mind.
