Do you think working in customer services is a difficult job?

A lot of anger can be directed towards somebody working in customer services - some of it is very much misdirected. What do you think?

Difficult because it is more thankless. I have to deal with a lot of bratty kids and teens to go along with a lot of lazy people.

Patience really gets tested.

Yup. I mean it can be difficult when you're dealing with karens, kids trying to buy adult things and old mofos who won't fk off outta the line instead of talking to me for 4 hours.
