There are many things you can do to try to improve your language skills.

You can try to join a club or take up a hobby with a community that does speak English only and you would therefore be obliged to speak the language if you want to be able to follow the conversation. An added advantage is that you can make new friends that are possibly also ready to communicate with you outside the regular meetings.

You can also find numerous free publications on the internet that are written in English. Through reading those publications, you also learn grammar, sentence structures and it would help you to be more fluent in a short period of time.

There’s a lot of options. I’d say maybe watching some American shows on tv if that’s an option. Plenty of help on YouTube for free lessons. Friends or a boyfriend who speaks English. If you can afford it there’s plenty tú of people online who tutor.
