So what’s Your Five year Plan of Succession goals that you WILL be successful in?

I start my new job tommrow working full time for a temp agency. I plan to build on my skills, try to move up in the company if possible and if not branch out from there by staying a year.
Year 1 stay on the job till I can move up or move out. Try to rebuild and build-up my income.
May be try to get that app idea off the ground.
Year 2 move out into the realm of HR keep going by chasing that higher pay check
Year-3-5 repeat

COVID screwed up- hell, destroyed my travel plans for the past three years. Starting in 2023 I'm getting back on a planes, trains, and ships and continuing traveling around the word!
