Was it OK for me to change the location of a business meeting without telling my boss?

She was in town from corporate and we had to meet with a potential client. It was at the Radisson originally, but I’ve heard that chilis is like the new golf course so I moved it there without telling her. Is that OK? I thought it was smart and would be a cooler atmosphere

That's totally okay as long as your boss isn't supposed to be at the meeting.
