What should I do about my job issues?

My gm keeps getting mad at me for calling hr since they haven’t paid me a over do check that I’ve been waiting on for 5 months now. I have asked for the money many many time then was told because I called hr I gotta wait for hr to look into so I then called them agin after 5 weeks and now my gm mad at me agin. I am owned $350 and I worked 30 hours a week. I feel like I worked for free my boss has a dital copy of the check and still has not paid me.

Then keep bugging HR to look into it. If your GM isn't doing anything about it then don't go too long reaching out to HR. If you know for sure they owe you then keep bugging them

I known without a doubt he admit to owning me and the check they gave me was wet so I couldn’t cash it.

No it was just that one check. I sent the manger a message asking for a new one that same day and sent him photos of it. Said he would fix it I kept waiting week after week and only called hr 4 times after waiting 2 months

Why is he being such a jerk? and also good thing you have a pic of it so if they want to investigate with the bank they can. Also can't the bank type it in or something? I don't know but keep bugging ever day until they pay you

No sadly the bank can’t just typle it in but we also have all our checks saved on a app with all the check info on rifles

May just to go back to school and take a break from working … they badly need me at this job since they are understaff so I don't know why they want pay me. Hopfully you can find a new job
