Job 1: I’m not happy here. I started only 2 and a half months ago but the job duties on this accounting role have not been enjoyable at all compared to what I used to do in my past accounting roles. The training is poor and it’s slowing my progress at this company. this is a midsize American company
job 2: just got an offer from a huge European company for an accounting role. Same salary. Except they offer a pension and 401 k. My current job offers only 401k.
If you got the offer all ready and not happy where you are move, improve and get better hopfully in the next place
Just try to make sure its secure maybe before jumping to it
There are few things worse than going to work everyday to a job you hate.
Start fresh.
Take the new job. You are not happy where you are. Maybe, you can grow in other job.

Why did you take this job in the first place? You knew what you were getting yourself into. Did you not ask questions during the interview?
