He was letting me know that I made a really good impression with the managers I interviewed with. And that I may not hear back on a decision for another week due to other interviews they have this week
You only get one chance to make a good first impression, and it sounds like yours was very good.
I've interviewed candidates who I would have hired on the spot, but few if any managers have that kind of authority. You'll just have to sweat it out until the interviews are concluded.
