What do you wish to achieve in life? Because if you are currently single and you are looking for a family where your partner handles everything than you are starting to fall behind and it's time to shift focus towards attracting a guy.

Guys do not care about your income if theirs is good, so your income only matters if you want a partner where you are the main income earner. On top of that is study loans of course, if you have one of those you are behind on those who do not.

If your ambition is a career and you prefer a successful career over family life than you are certainly ahead of the curve by far as I am not earning anywhere near as much in my field.

Financially? Hell yeah! I'm 32 and make $18 per hour. At least I love my job though. It's rare to find a job you enjoy.
