Been to a call center? What was one of your most memorable experiences?

Sooo if you know call centers, you leave with or without your soul. Depending on how long you stay. Buut just a thought I popped up of. As i'd like to know what do you guys remember or know of a memorable moment.

For me: Out of all of them, I've heard a guy bringing a 2x4 to a fight to the call center to fight the guy in the parking lot. And one of my favorites, black guy doing his job to hear this hillbilly say "YOU SOUND LIKE A N*GGER!" :)... like i said, with or without a soul.

Yes, and you will find this funny, I hope. Worked at times with a WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, black woman named Debbie. (So wonderful, that when the Call Center closed, and we were all moving to different offices, I went right to her desk the day she left, and kissed her directly on the mouth, and she returned the kiss)
One day working with her, and listening to her calls for training purposes, (myself and another trainee) she had some smart ass, being rude to her and was a real jerk, she finally got enough, and basically told him to 'fuck off" He asked for her name and operator number, and she said to him: "We ain't fuckin, goin' there"! and hung up on him.
