Good test taker = Actually knows the content being tested on.
Bad test taker = Does not know the content being tested on.
It comes down to people complaining they are bad at tests actually just don't know the content they are supposed to know (they are either lazy and didn't put in the effort or they are not capable of performing at the required level, OR and this one is common, they don't actually know HOW to study to retain the information and most colleges don't teach people how to study effectively) which means they will likely be bad at the job they are training for.
Yes, I perform well on tests often.

Depends on the test. Blood test, yeah I got some somewhere in my coffee veins. Math test, bring it bitch. Test about what aliens really eat on their ship, fail.

I am great at tests where you can study the answers in advance, because I am great at studying. I am not great at tests where you can't study for every possible question, I am ok at them but not great. For example the SAT is one where you can prepare but you can't know every possible question and answer so that is one where I did ok. But tests in classes where you can study and ideally know every possible question and answer, I am awesome at that actually!

That’s usually when my brain decides to say “What knowledge?” Martial arts frequent testing with large audiences… and many children, aside the adult classes, force you to find a way. 😁
