How to deal with a supervisor that barely explains how to do the tasks at work properly?

She hardly directs people properly but will shout at us if we do it wrong. Not to mention she has a thick scottish accent (Glasgow) which makes it impossible to understand what she is saying.

Go to her supervisor and ask how to do it because she isn't explaining it right or before that go to her and tell her you need her to explain what she needs you to do so that you can do it right. Maybe she doesn't know how to do them herself lol

And on top of that the supervisor sucks and there is Eastern European that can barely speak English trying to give me instructions... worst day ever

Grab her and keep her there and make her show you the proper way until you get it right. Supervisors that do that are very poor managers.
