Can a guy really throw up after getting hit in the balls?

I feel embarrassed to tell this but I hit my boyfriend in his nuts because he was annoying me yesterday. I don't know I probably punched him harder then he deserved, he eventually started coughing but then I apologized to him however later he said that he almost puked but I just laughed it off cuz I thought it's a joke but it also made me wonder was he serious?

Damn it sounds really bad and disgusting to have to vomit over something that just gets hit 😬 at least we don't have it outside but i feel like that can only happen to a guy if the blow is very hard and caused some significant damage, right?

100% yes. I sack whacked my brother while we were fighting once and he puked up all of his dinner and couldn't stop even after it all came up and he was just coughing up saliva and his face went so red it looked like I shot him in the abdomen or something. It wasn't even that hard of a hit in my opinion. So yes I can confirm 100% it happens.

I haven't seen it happen but almost did. I saw a guy get knee'd in the crotch and he was bent over and was heaving like he might throw up.

Definitely. I’ve seen men puke, belch, fart, piss, shit, and just about everything else under the sun from getting so much as lightly flicked in the nuts
