Im working at a paper factory and I'm told that I won't have any weekends free. I'm really stressing since it involves a lot of heavy lifting and the fact that I don't even get 1 day off to rest is crazy what shoukd i do
Sure anyone could do a week of this, but 2 months, no breaks, is excessive. US laws in most states stipulate that workers must be given at least 24 hours off for every 7 consecutive working days. If you are working for a legal company doing legal things, this is not one of them. It doesn't even actually make sense in a hard labor job to do this because employees get injured or feel the constant strain and stop producing or working as hard/fast which hurts the bottom line especially if any gets injured and has to then call out.

In the US yeah, they can... but overtime applies. Most companies wouldn't want to though, because people are less productive. Having days off makes them refreshed and do better.
That said, I've known medical professionals in 2020 who worked non stop for months at a time. A nurse I know had zero days off for two months taking care of patients... simply because of lack of enough nurses and too many patients.
Check with your local labor laws. Obviously there is no union. sad.
they must pay you your hourly wage as i assume your not salaried. in the US ans Europe Tine and a half for anything over 40 hours. may be different in Europe. But how long you work 7 days a week , i don’t know.
Check on the laws where you live. In California, for example, they cannot "require" you work more than six days. If you choose to work that seventh day, unless your total hours worked in the week is under 30, that seventh day is at double time.

No one is making you work. You made a personal decision to take that job in exchange for the pay they were offering. If you don't want to do the job, then quit and find a different job.
In the US? Probably not. Also they have to pay a premium for every hour over 40 in a week. What should you do? Is there other work in your area?
You wantonto look into the working time directive in the UK that is completely illegal as you can only work a limited number of days in a row
That answer would probably vary from state to state. Check your states labor laws.
I was once forced to work 17 days straight. I was told I could fight it, but I didn't mind, the pay was good. Each state has different laws and it makes a difference if you belong to a union. You need to be aware of the laws in your area and file a grievance if you think you are not treated right
go find yourself another job! working 7 days is slave labor
If you are in uncomfortable environment then you should probably seek a safe comfortable environment where people do not abuse you and others.
Are you at least getting overtime? The legality element depends on where you live. Maybe you should organize a union? Sounds like it's a reasonable situation in which to do so.

Depends where you live and what the work laws are.
In germany it would be illegal.Do you have a labor union? Maybe contact the Fair Labor Board in your city.
Yes. It's your job and responsibility not to let anyone take you for a sucka.
Find another job where you are comfortable. There's always better out there.i have work 7 days straight before. during there holiday season i work retail tho they said its legal. as long as u have 10 hrs to rest before ur next shift ?
When your body does give in, make sure they have good workers compensation, and secondly they better be paying you OT.
If you look up your local labor laws that will tell you
Lady in Construction i once worked 12 hours a day for 18 months strait.
Nope. You signed the contract. Its only 2 months. Supplier demands
You’re screwed. All a company by law is required to pay you.
