Keep coming here, reading, and responding. That will give you conversational skills. But, don't memorize spelling or grammar or syntax from here! :)
To a certain extent, movies and TV in English will help you, so Netflix or something like that.

Just use it more and more. Speak with people, watch movies, read books. etc.
After a while it will get easier.
