I feel like my company bullies me into working overtime what should I do?

I'm working in a printing company and they expect me to work a lot of overtime hours. The manager asked me to work on Monday 8am to 4.30pm and from 8am to 6pm on Tuesday to Thursday. Friday 8sm to 1.45pm. Then Saturday and Sunday. I'm really struggling to get things done in my private life done with working so much what should do?

How about saying no and actually correct his suggestion, ie saying you can only work to 17 that day. He will then have to schedule accordingly to that and find someone wanting to cover the extra, or hire extra help. That or consider moving to Europe where companies must respect your free time.
