what are the skills are require to grow in your career what are you doing it for now a days to make more money what do you do

• I had gastric sleeve weight loss surgery in August and lost 60 pounds so far. Still have another 40 to go.
• I've been to the dentist throughout 2022 fixing my teeth, having my wisdom teeth removed, and now just have one root canal to go through before the end of the year for me to be finished.
• I've also been to Seoul once a month to get skin care treatment and scar removal, as well as using cica cream and aloe vera daily on my face.
• I've been sleeping slightly more every night (up to six hours now) and waking up two hours earlier (10am now).
• In addition to the weight loss surgery, I've also been eating healthier and eating fast/junk food way less often. I don't even like much of it anymore, but will still occasionally go to Burger King or have some pizza.

Don’t need to do anything new but it is a great way to think.

For my job, I'm required to complete a certain amount of continuing education every few years to maintain my professional license. I've also decided to go back to grad school in order to advance into another specialty in my career.

The continuing education isn't expensive and isn't too much time. Plus, this is the last time I plan on going back to school in a long time.
