I suppose hard-working people like me are different. But I believe in "work smarter, not harder." Hard work alone won't make you money or improve your life. You gotta find the right way out.

I respectfully disagree with that, I don't want to be a company slave, I want enough to have a good life and I want my sweat and tears to pay off buy building something myself for myself and not for someone else.

I believe some people have work ethic and some don't. I'm not afraid if hard work. But being over 40, I'm not a young punk anymore.🤣 I expect to get compensated for my time and effort. This is mainly why I've went into business for myself. Simply put I can pay myself better for my hard work then most employers anymore. My time is valuable and thier silly rules and short sidedness is kind of intolerable to me anymore.

Absolutely l say the self employed/business owners they don't whine like the employed ones do and do double the work often for half the money in the beginning
