I watched a k drama where they a word such "dime"to refer to a job.
Those working there , do all sorts of work, deliveries, cleaning and so on.
I haven't got a proper explanation from Google

If its a k drama its likely its some sort of translation slip, hence why you can't find anything concrete about it. I had a quick google and best i can find is
98. 알바 (alba)– A part-time job
This is a shortened phrase and comes from 아르바이트 (areubaiteu), which means “part-time job” in Korean.
Thanks a lot
I am not sure if this will help, but "dime" often means money as in pay.
Here's a funny poem as said from a lowly employee...
"Boss makes a dollar.
I make a dime.
That's why I poop,
On company time."
