Well, I got a degree in History, so I obviously liked that. I was thinking of getting a minor in Ancient Civilisations, but the teacher is a bit too feministic for my tastes. I was also considering English, but I don't like poetry, playwriting, and screenwriting. I can write poetry on occasion, but not the other two. My skill is in prose.

  I loved numbers and puzzles (still do), but was terrible at memorizing dates. History was my worst subject because I couldn't memorize the dates.

  I had a crazy math teacher once who would start an equation at one end of the wall length chalk board and chalk dust would be flying around him as he kept writing while walking. He'd always have to get another piece of chalk out of his pouch he wor wore and he would keep going until he ran out of chalk board (left to right, top to bottom). Here wouldn't even pause to look at the students. It was fascinating and a challenge to keep up.
