NOT what you were good at but which was your favorite subject?
Sciences and mathematics.
On W 18 JUN 1980, I was 17 years old high school junior taking two New York State Regents final examinations. In the morning, I took Math 11 which, at the time, was advanced algebra and trigonometry. In the afternoon, I took Physics which was normally a senior-level science class, but, in my school district, was a junior-level class. Good thing too because I took AP Physics my senior year.
These are the exams so you can take them yourself.

Physics was definitely my favorite and I attended a prestigious STEM school in upstate NY majoring in it. I got my BS in Physics in 1985 and then went for graduate degrees in more mathematically intensive engineering disciplines.

Social Studies, it’s the most interesting AND least difficult. Math just wants to make everything more complex than dealing with an average teen in their first relationship. Science of any kind can end up being a flat out entirely different language sometimes. P. E is cool because it’s keeps you decently healthy. I like English more though, still however, it’s not my favorite. It’s the second least vexatious subject since most of what you do is write like a pro and read relatively underrated books.
History has always been one of my fave topics. From ships, to war hero stories and hero war events, to art piece, to ancient civilizations
Geography was also interesting as we traveled through the planet with books and film.
I also liked Biology
My favourite in elementary school and middle school was math. In high school it was history. In University, it was digital technology and middle eastern religions.

Math classes were my favorite. Second to that was chemistry (at the time but not now). Then the biological sciences. I ended up in the medical field.
Language arts was my favorite but it's also my strength. 🙂
