What is success to you?

I used to think that it was a certain job or level of income and I wore a suit every day and worked in an office and had an assistant. And those are certainly metrics that can measure success.

But, these days I'm a success measured by having a wife of 23 years who still loves me, and four kids who not only love me but talk to me about problems and regular stuff and who are good citizens and nice to their significant others and other people.

I'm not famous, I'm not even close to rich but there's food on the table and a roof over our heads. I'm not very high up in my company, but I make my job and workplace a better place for people to be. I have a wife and kids who love me. That's success.
