Can I make animated films alone?

One day I want to make animations like up, ratatouille, kung fu panda, cars. I can't make movies like this alone, but can I make great animated movies on my own? I haven't mastered digital drawing yet. I already want to study animation in the field of at university, but I can't win the university exam for 2 years. I'm constantly having problems because of Turkey's damn education system. But I believe I will pass the exam this year. When I am a university student, I definitely want to study animation. I want to study at an accredited university. If I have the financial means and if I am good at this job, I would like to make animated films abroad. It would be really great for me to produce an animated movie. But in order to do this, I need to get a good education first. Sometimes I draw bad pictures on digital and it gets me down. As usual, I am angry at the education system in Turkey. If the education system was good in my country, I would have already specialized in my skills.

Don't worry! Yes, you can!

I recommend you getting a tablet, I bought a wacom tablet some years ago, I just connect it to my laptop and draw, it's not expensive if you buy an older model which works just great, I didn't buy it directly from the company, but from a distributor online since that wasn't that common in my country. And, an animation program I recommend you is flash animator, you can find it for free online, it's pretty easy to get used to and there are plenty of tutorials on it.

Please, don't get discouraged! Start with what you have, expose your content online, keep going and you'll get far :D

The answer is yes! Just remember that doing things alone has two impacts: first, it'll take longer/be harder without other people and, second, you lose the benefit of others sharpening your skills or playing devil's advocate. In a lot of cases you benefit from added perspective that a team gives you.

Hope you achieve dream. Sure anything is possible. It would be a lot of hard work, however it would be easier with help. If you did create a masterpiece I think you would be able to say “see I did it alone”

Theoretically yes. but its a lot of work and takes a long time to do, even if its just a short clip.

You can, you'll just have to go for a simple style that is easy to animate quickly. I would suggest checking out reddit for more info.

The 3D stuff is probably going to be exorbitantly difficult but drawing like you said absolutely. Speaking of movies I’m in the middle of making one myself, hee hee haw
