The time to learn any language depends on how many similarities it shares with yours. Does it have the grammar rules, same alphabet sound, shared words etc.
English is also a subject- verb- object language while Turkish is subject -object- verb language. Generally speaking whenever word order gets mixed up people struggle a bit.

So I'd say it's going to take a long time.
