How good is your English on a scale of 1-10? Are you a native speaker?

I give myself a solid 7/10. My IELTS overall score is 8.0. I did it all for fun. I definitely prefer living in my country. I don't want to face racism every day (many Indian immigrants do).

It is not my first language but was one of my favourite subjects in school.

I would've said I'm a 10 because I lack humility and do speak fairly well (English, U. S.) and some French, German, Spanish. sand enough Turkish to count to 4 and request a beer.). even with a lack of humility and an opinion about myself that is sometimes divorced from reality even discarding my warped sense of reality I have no idea what IELTS is Churchill, who scores over about as high as anyone in his articulation, would be above 10. If IELTS helps in recognizing my English speaking, writing and communication abilities, then I am more than willing to give it a try. Maybe sometime later.

I am not a native speaker. It is definitely my second language.

About the level of comfort with English. Let's say that, I am able to express myself more clearly and creatively than I am able to in my native language. Also, I don't have MTI (mother tongue influence). That thing is like an anchor to many MBA aspirants. They get rejected, flat. With no second chances.

You made a mistake that too many people do. You defined parameters without values. Is 1 good or is 10 good?
I detected that because i have a near complete mastery of American English. By the time i was a sophomore in high skool i had accomplished more in the subject than most college graduates. There might be a thousand people in all the world who could teach me something meaningful concerning the application of my native tongue. At the risk of seeming conceited, i honestly doubt there are that many. I’m also fairly certain none of them are in the US. Our education system here is a joke, but it’s not a funny one.

I'm not a native speaker, and like you I don't want to move to America or Britain.
I haven't taken any similar tests, so I guess I'd rate myself a 6/10. I'm sure there are things about my English I can improve, but at the same time I don't see a reason to.

I'm not a native speaker, but that often seems to surprise people. I do have a C1 language proficiency certificate from Cambridge, but I got that when I was.. 15? Now for the last 6 years I've lived in countries where English was the native language and I use English for everything; Entertainment, work, talking to friends, etc.
Does that amount to a 10/10? Certainly not.
A 9/10? I'm not someone that studies literature.
I will go with a modest 8/10.
