How can I improve my English?

I can perfectly understand people (if they dont have strong accents) and they usually can understand me.

I dont have any problem about talking but i believe i do a lot of grammer mistakes and it makes me sound stupid.

Taking class doesn't work on me bc i have adhd and im a terrible student...

What else can I do to improve my English?

Don't worry about grammar mistakes too much, even native speakers mess up.
Apart from accent one thing that really gives away non native speakers is they pronounce every word perfectly and they're too grammatically correct. For example, "to" and "the" are often reduced to an "uh" sound. As for grammar, natives often screw up because they pick up the rules naturally, while a learner is taught them.

Another point is native speakers tend to keep sentences short while learners extend them
E. g.
Are you going to the hospital? (American written)
Are you going to hospital? (British written)
Going to hospital? British spoken

What I'm saying is pay attention to how spoken English differs to written and isn't as formal.

Yeah native speakers make mistakes too but i think non native speakers make *different* mistakes and people can be mean about that

Ignore them. it's impolite to point out faults especially to people who have it as a second language.

I got ADHD too and I learned everything from shows and music (grammar wise)

you need to learn the culture to know how to speak comfortably.

My English accent is a bit rough because Arabs have rough Alphabets which makes difficult for native English speakers to understand me.

Also, you need to know how to use the right word to connect a sentence.

for example, you wrote “I dont have any problem about talking” when it should be “ I dont have any problem talking”

without about.

Turkey. I asked bc i have some friends from Lebanon and their accent is so soft, i wondered if there are too many differences between Lebanon and other arabic countries' languages?

Of course, we have different dialects.
Lebanese and Syrians have a softer tone

Once my friend tried to teach me arabic alphabet and after 5-10 mins i felt my brain was burning, its really hard to learn a language with different alphabet, i respect you

Watch a lot of English speaking movies and t. v. shows.

Thats how i learned English actually, when i was kid i used to watch Disney Channel with with subtitles instead of voiceover 😅

I still watch everything with subtitles and usually I dont even have to read them bc i can understand, but that doesn't help me to improve my speaking

Don't just read the stuff, pick out a word, sentence or phrases that you want to try to copy and listen to how they say it and then try to copy the way they sound.
When we're born, we have the ability to speak any language that exists, it's the culture we live in that "causes" us to lose some of those abilities. By that, I mean, the muscles in our mouth and tongue that we no longer use become "useless" and that's what makes it so hard to learn a new language that you've never spoken before. Even here where we have so many different accents, it CAN be hard to copy one if you've never spoken that way, before. So, if you just listen to what you're hearing and try to copy it, you'll put those muscles to good use and be able to speak a certain language or dialect better with practice.
