Can I request a refund for a negative balance on my student account?

I have a negative balance from last semester that hasn’t been rewarded to me yet, but I did receive this semesters financial aid, could I request a refund for the past term?

Yes you can. Go talk to your school's finance office. Might be called the "Bursar" depending on where you are. Alternatively, you can have that balance applied to this semester.
