Its a decent start considering a lot of places still pay way less per hour. But never let the sign on bonus fool you. Its often in small quotes under the amount that you will get the money in portions (usually a quarter every 30-90 days, etc). Jobs would likely let people go before they receive the full bonus. Its tactics
